I know a BW forum is probably odd place to make such topics. But I saw members discuss good books and deep stuff here so thought to try asking for resources.
I need recommendations of any books, podcasts, sites, YouTube channels etc on how to deal with gifted individuals who have exceptional intelligence, are not neurotypical but totally different, do not fit in traditional mould and hence easily get discouraged or need more stimulation or training or challenge to suit their high intellectual capabilities and also require some improvisation of their emotional management skills.
In short, something to deal with a 'genius', so he/she is in right direction and not wasted potential thanks to being different from rest of crowd and unable to fit in traditional education, social or work environments.
The high IQ level also makes person impatient, easily bored or excessively perfectionistic and unable to tolerate flaws in self or others. So any resources on developing better social and emotional skills in a gifted individual would also help.
Or please direct me to sites or sources where I can find resources for parents, teachers or employers to deal with such individuals in a right manner or something that gifted individual can refer themselves for better understanding of own self.
Thanks.
