This is hard and possibly an unfair list. When you reach the levels of fame and longevity that Deepika, Katrina, Madhuri, and even Shraddha have you are bound to do or say something insensitive, rude, and uncalled for. Nobody can be perfect for years and years. On the other hand Vidya, Tabu, and Kalki despite their oodles of talent are not as high profile as the other four so it’s less likely to see their imperfections as humans.

I didn’t like Madhuri’s attitude on KWK with Juhi. There is a fan video from Toronto where Katrina had to be coaxed to come and interact with fans. There’s video of Deepika confronting a fan for asking for a picture in Disneyland. Several years ago paparazzi were boycotting Shraddha over something for about a month. I don’t remember the details at all, except that it was around Haider time. But once again, is it fair to judge them for these instances?

When asked what she has that Juhi doesn’t she said dancing ability. I know it’s true but that’s the kind of question you answer in a more trivial manner like I have too many green shoes or something 😆. Juhi’s reactions seemed kind of shocked too. I know in another segment she said, in so many words, that she’s the best dancer Bollywood has. She even said that she didn’t want to sound pompous because in the past Vyjayanthimla (she named someone else too) were great dancers.

That whole KWK appearance was not a good look for Madhuri. It’s interesting that she hasn’t been on since either.

That's not true for Madhuri.

Mithun chakarborty who never minced his words, once said in a dance reality show loud and clear that Madhuri as a person is still exactly the same which she was at the start of her career when she started opposite him in two movies, humble kind and so down to earth.

He clearly said she never changed even a bit during all those years.

Deepika. I don’t like her much as an actress but I have never found her arrogant in any of her interviews. Her eyes have humility and I genuinely like that about her.

I think it’s admirable that senior artists can still praise her after 3 decades or so. But that doesn’t mean that she’s never had a moment or moments where she faltered in her attitude and treatment of others. That’s the point a few of us here are making. Overall she seems like a wonderful human being. But I personally didn’t like her attitude on KWK for instance. Someone gave examples of her stance with her own staff. No one is a saint, and when you are extremely popular your flaws are easier to spot and remember.

I also heard that she gave utmost respect to all staff members alike

The whole industry said this time and again throughout all those years

Many stars in reality shows as well that she is an epitome of grace dignity and treats even the spot boys well

If you watched the video of pooja bhatt I posted she narrates she always helped her and gave good ques to make pooja's scenes better unlike most other stars who do opposite to ruin the colleague's sequences to dominate the scene with their performance.

The secretary thing I totally understand. I am talking about her personal makeup team and PR company. Madhuri was one of the first stars to have PR teams, but completely ditched them post-90s, for a newer version. There's nothing wrong with a new, more established PR team especially for Aaja Nachle, but even SRK gave reference letters to everyone when he transitioned to a new team for the creation of Red Chilies..etc.

I believe only Pandhari (the famous 90s makeup artist) spoke about Madhuri post-that. The rest all left the industry or went into similar fields with lesser pay.

Completely agree! She has been great to a lot of people, and like I said, gives 100% to her work whenever. You don't have to worry about her reading lines from a teleprompter while acting, or half-focusing for those reality shows. However she's not humble.
