The post was 100% accurate. First of all, Shakun Batra is highly overrated for a director who has made one good movie (there’s nothing pathbreaking about Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu).

As for Anupama, everything about her is cringey. The constant references to Hollywood, the overpraising of big stars, the run-on sentences to show off her vocabulary instead of getting to the damn point, the fake over-the-top laugh…the list is endless. I really wanted to tell her to STFU when she forced the 2 guys to say something complimentary about Deepika. Both are probably way better actors than her but instead of asking them some challenging questions, she wants them to fawn over a pretty actress? How embarrassing for her as a professional.

Having said that, Sonam liking it means nothing because she herself is a joke.

Of course we all remember they both debuted the same Friday night 15 years ago in 2007.. and it's sad to see how bitter one has become while the other has soared on to become an International Icon and well respected and popular actress.

But she really sat there and watched the damn interview and then went on Instagram to vent her frustrations and couldn't help herself from displaying the absolutely ridiculous and pathetic being she has become.. giving the term sour grapes a whole new lease of life

What is so surprising about that? We all do the same with jobs..she has entire day to kill without having anything to do..can take out at least this much time for sure

I find Anupama terrible. Her questions are so redundant and cheesy. She’s always fawning over them. It’s ridiculous. Have some dignity woman, you’re a freaking journalist not a fan girl

Did she retract her like? Also, worth checking out some of the comments on there. Ekta Kapoor commented and rushed to Anupama’s defence.

Deepika may be a decent actress BUT her interviews are a so damn irritating !! Her constant “aah” “aah” s are just 🤯
