If India doesn't send to oscars it would be a shame. it is a perfect movie. it is up there with revenant, d day and schindeler's list.

the costume, the set the attention to detail, the dialouges the score. the no sequencial screen play, vicky , the camera work everything is fantastic.

just a tip. this movie is shoojit sircar's love child, he didn't compromise anywhere, he expects you to immerse in the expereince. don't watch this casually scrolling on phone giive it the attention it deserves.

My fans will be surprised because this is NOT a typical Rekha_ji type of movie but gurl I'm giving it: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's not an action-thriller so if anyone was expecting it to be fast-paced will be disappointed. Although having said that, to me, it did NOT drag on at all. The first 10 minutes alone there are about 15-20 different scenes and they are all edited so beautifully and I found that so refreshing for a film like this.

Other reviewers have greatly praised the disjointed screenplay style and I have to agree it works very well.

The massacre scene is one of the most incredible I've ever seen. They really wanted to show the trauma and inhumanity of it all and boy did they succeed. 💔

Its just the selection committee. But yeah good on them.

This movie is simply superb. It demands a lot of your attention and expects you to be glued throughout the duration of the movie. The last 45 mins of the movie shook me to the core. It took me a day to get back to normal. It's not for the faint hearted.

Spine-chilling visuals, really damn good movie! Was very decently done, Vicky Kaushal definitely took a good plunge.
