Song is bad agreed but to me, they look bad too specially AB sr pretending to be an young actor doing that moves with young actress 🤦‍♀️😂 Glad audience rejected it and he moved on to father roles.

Amitabh's second innings is so good. As an old man, he has Sarkar, Pa, Cheeni Kum, 102 Not Out, Pink, Badla, Piku and probably other ones I've forgotten. And they're all lead roles. What a legend.

This movie officially ended Amitabh's character as hero. I remember reading an article about how Shilpa Shetty that she cried in front of her mom to do this movie and her mom had to plead to the producers to give her beti a role in the movie. 🤣

That’s because in those days the VFX wasn’t there neither was the Botox and the other age reversing procedures. Abhi toh aadha budget in logon ko fix karne mein hi lag jata hai. 😆

Amitabh Bachchan is a legend.⭐️....I had read that there was a time at the peak of his career...when the actresses begged to do a movie opposite him...just so they can be called AB Sr's heroines... He is still untouchable...

and this new generation stars can't even touch the Khan's stardom....AB Sr's stardom is just a dream for them..

lil anecdote abt laal baadshah

I was like 5 or 6 when this movie came out…I remember parts of this movie we’re shot in Hyderabad (Ramoji film city) and AB snr had sudden chest pain so they called in my dad who was a cardiologist and worked in the nearby hospital

My dad was awestruck by ab snr and how well behaved he was…my dad said he was so polite with and spoke so well to him and listened intently whenever my dad was giving him advise abt tablets etc

Since my dad didn’t have a mobile phone back then, he asked ab snr to call on our landline number in case he had any concerns …

That night his PA had called our landline and I picked up the phone …when I heard it was from ab snr I thought it was a prank call and hung up abruptly😂(I didn’t know my dad met ab snr that day)

Then my dad found out and was like “nooooooo” and called him back …. 😂
