Ooh, I love Sanam and his covers! My personal favorite by him is Gulabi Ankhein... it's an instant pick-me-up!

It's the first time I'm seeing Lag Ja Gale by him though .... indeed, he created his own magic there like he usually does!

I think it comes down to your personal preference after a point cuz they're both brilliant singers in their own right.

Anyone who says that they prefer Shreya's rendition the best isn't saying it to knock others who've undoubtedly recreated the magic in their own way. Perhaps they just connect with Shreya's more ... even I feel like the way she sings it hits the right emotions. It just means that you like blue while some like green--no problem there.

You are right, we all have our own preferences. Though I haven't heard Shreya's songs that much but she is a famous singer. And it feels good when you write some facts about your fav singer to support their singing through facts. Whatever I have written about Anuradha is not something I am saying on my own, this is what I read in leading newspapers.

My favorite are dua (sooooo good! I get goosebumps every single time. I like it better than original), yeh raatein yeh mausam, mere mehboob ❤️

I love the Shreya cover! My second favorite is Palak Muchal one. She also has a sweet voice without hurting my years.

Minty hasn't posted anything here yet ... are you confusing someone with her? 😆 Palak has a sweet voice too.. and reminds me a lot of Shreya. There was another singer, Anwesha, who sounds the exact same as Shreya... but I don't know if she sings bollywood songs ... I just know her from star voice of India a while back when she was one of the final contenders.

🤣 yes! I thought your post was posted by Minty because usually I am always going into her posts. My bad ❤️ I don't know Anwesha but so many of these reality star female singers have such sweet lovely voices. I hope they make it big someday

I never said she sang bad. I have issues with music arrangement than her. Preferences are subjective.
