Given that all the people they issued summons to were exactly the names in the media, it is obvious that the NCB has been leaking all the information. Even worse is that they actually confirmed the names of some actresses last week long before they issued any summons. They clearly want a media trial and the publicity that comes with it. Their behavior is completely unethical and voyeuristic! If there is proof of illegal activity, they can charge the accused but it has to be done within investigative procedures.

Also, just as a reminder to everyone, NCB does not require proof to issue a summons so please hold off on jumping the gun. A summons is simply an investigative technique to learn more information and can be given out to anyone. Proof is required for an arrest (even this can sadly be skirted) but more importantly in a court of law. Let's see how this unfolds.

Karishma is postponing the date for summon. I guess to make sure no traces in blood ..

Also my theory that dp is target because she was summoned up quickly after her name came up. As someone pointed others had atleast two weeks of time.

If dp is regular consumer then she would definitely be caught

That's exactly what I think. So far, she has been absolutely mercenary in her career even when she didn't need to be that way. She goes all out against anyone if it's to her own benefit. If she actually gets in trouble, she won't leave a single person in the industry.

I don't expect anyone will go to jail but you never know. This government is ruthless and completely unethical. If they want to invent reasons to take her into remand, they can.

They have kept Rhea in jail for no reason and invented weird reasons for it. Much bigger criminals get bail because it's considered the right thing. They can be sent to jail when they are convicted for real but this kind of harassment before any charges have been proven true is disgusting. People think it's funny because it's a celebrity but if this shit happened to your family member, you would be furious. What if a person is proven innocent in court? How you you compensate them for the time you held them in remand? It's revolting.
