mr Salve: first any picture should not have been taken before the police arrived. I will like to think this did not happen before police arrived. Next scenario is dead body’s picture was taken in presence of police, likely scenario. First thing Mumbai police should have done was find out which officer leaked the first picture and take action n initiate inquiry against him. This happens when the system is completely dysfunctional n here Mumbai police broke the system completely.
