I don't know what made Gunjan say about getting equal opportunities at IAF after the release of the film and that the film was fictionalised but they released the BTS today where you can see the real Gunjan present throughout the shoot as a supervisor. The director on camera says that she would okay the locations, costumes, watch the edit and give feedback, etc. So if there was anything that was untrue and sensationalized, she would've flagged it to the team right then and there. It's quite unfair for the team if she didn't do that back then because literally the source of information for them was her.
Although like I wrote in the reviews thread, I didn't have a hard time believing what was shown in the film.
