Kangana wasn’t powerful, but I feel that she must have something on the Roshans that made them back away. Otherwise the movie mafia can very easily move mountains to go after people including bending laws

She exaggerated and lied a lot..... but there was definitely something there that made her emerge, still get work and appear to have “won” .... there is just no way itni besti ke badd Roshans would back away and state the law didn’t help.... please Salman and Sanju can bend the entire system but Roshans can’t ?

How come the courts in india aren’t forcing hrithik to marry her.

She has already complained to his ex-kareena (and no, I don't think he's an angel who never had affairs, etc. He definitely had his share of affairs, but not with this psychopath) that he broke his promises and she didn't marry. I think the next step is to complain to the court.

Our client states that it is needless to mention that there was no relationship between him and you. You are trying to propagate a false idea and thereby gain publicity with ulterior motives and intentions.“

Apparently that “lie” is morally equivalent to Kangana’s 10,000 lies so when confronted with the 10,000 Kangana lies there is absolutely no need to consider any other thing which may lead to reevaluate any strongly held existing beliefs which are entirely based on Kangana’s word (!) on the off-chance they may be false.
