Swamy is a very very big and influential guy, who along with Ishkiran brought this case back on the right track... Lets be grateful and thankful to him for taking time for this this...

The Bollywood bigwigs/Politicians are also scared of Swamy sir...

Not saying he is bored at all, but he is not some "big politician" taking time out to do this. He is neithera practising lawyer nor a minister. He files PILs against people- Gandhi family etc on the regular, which is fine- nothing wrong with that.

But nothing new or shocking about his intervention. He is far from being a legal authority on this case, so I prefer to go by facts and not theories.

He had also made similar claims about Sridevi, and wohi same bathtub stuff that the news was peddling.

If your girlfriend directs you over phone, can you do a surgery like Amir Khan did in 3 Idiots? Swamy has done that.

He defended himself (court allows non LLBs to defend themselves) in many defamation cases. He had made corruption allegations on highly influential people like CMs of the states. So they filed defamation cases against him.
He was facing Ram Jetmalani (highly prestigious lawyer). Still won all the cases.

You really seem to be a fan. Can you explain why? Is it the cases he takes on or his politics? I to be very honest don't know much about him.

I am nobody’s fan. I don’t like his extreme sides. But I am curious about this man. He is a strange combination of being a genius and mental 😆.

But I do pay him attention whenever he picks up an issue. Yes, they be can be a hit or miss (depending on his mental state when he picked it up). But I don’t want to miss it, if it is a hit.

Ok a lot of people had hope from him because he successfully took on the Gandhi’s ! One of the most powerful and if I may say so corrupt dynasties in Bollywood !

"Why is anyone not talking about that video Komal posted where he gave story of how SSR sent Rhea away because he was very ill?

Komal made a public video saying these things . How has everyone forgotten his video? I find that video more suspicious than other things people are discussing. And he posted that video soon after the event.

IMO, a journalist posting video and saying all those things should be first target of investigation. Both police and public had forgotten his video . It baffles me"

This does sound very suspicious! It's like the bollywood critics were trying to sell this agenda too that Sushant committed suicide from his own depression and pushed everyone away

He is v smart but he definitely can be hit or miss or sometimes get carried away by tall claims. It is a sensitive case so we should consider all perspectives and proceed with caution. Anyway, pehle it was fine- he got things going in terms of garnering public attention that was required - but SSR's family now has a lawyer, so he should present his 'findings' or 'theories' to the family counsel, not to TV or social media, on his own. V dangerous to do so.

If Sushant's family had even the slightest suspicion, that this was a homicide and not a suicide, they would surely have pursued that line of investigation. Sushant might have been an outsider, but he comes from a really solid family background. They are highly educated people who have powerful connections, so if the family had any suspicion about foul play, they would have called it a murder and accused Rhea of that, instead of abetment charges.

I have been reading up a lot on Sushant's case and have come to the conclusion that it was a suicide, but as his family says, he was pressured into taking his own life. It does not look like his suicide was a result of his clinical depression (which itself is under question).

Now, who exactly abetted Sushant is for the police to investigate and find out. The family took more than a month to file a FIR, that surely shows they did not jump to conclusions straight away, but took the time to find out things and then go ahead with their accusations. There has to be some legal ground on which a FIR is filed and it is not merely suspicion.
