I think they have succeeded they didn't want them to hear how the nepo mafia can still be held accountable by law if certain facts about harassment are found. He explains that clearly in the interview. Their job here is done.

I wasn't the lawyer in contact with the police investigators to know. But maybe the qualified lawyers filing it did. It happened at least a week later. At least if I recall.
