Why they will bother if parents approve?

Before it was joint family custom and people did not earn as much as today's time to live independently

So they require parent/grandparent etc approval

But not in todays time

I don’t think parent approval is based on whether their kids earn money or not. You always want your parents support and blessings for choosing a partner

Mahesh doesn’t like Ranbir and my belief is that if your parents tell you to watch out they’re usually right. Mahesh loved Sid M but he hates Ranbir. There is no smoke without fire and Ranbir is Alia’s smokescreen

Mahesh bhat was no saint in his younger days, he was Ranbir copy

All daughter want their father type to be husband so thats why may be aliaa likes ranbir in first place

But as father Mahesh is right actually Ranbir does not look loyal types

But kids nowadays do not care for parent approval once they get financial independence they want nothing to do with parents in their life decisions especially marriage

Alia is living separate from them since her debut movie 6-7 years back so i doubt she will bother to think why Mahesh disapproves

alia looks like a teenager, she don't look like her age but then she got that from her mom genes, she looks younger than her age. It seems like a child dating when I see her, weird pairing ranbir alia. Ranbir looks good for his age but he should be with someone mature and hot. Alia looks good with varun
