Neha is not wrong here. Cheating is immoral but not a crime. Technically everyone has the choice to cheat. If your partner cheats on you, you leave them. You do not have the right to physically assault someone. Period.

I've not followed the show so I don't know the kind of things she's said before.

I am only saying based on her statement in the current episode. She is not wrong at all and I've clearly explained why.
