Ranbir + Alia = An Analysis.

I have been thinking long and hard about this couple and have finally come to a conclusion.

On May 8th 2018- is when Ranbir/Alia got tongues wagging as they appeared together at Sonam's wedding causing lots of people to go crazy. They decided to do this at a time where Sonam-Anand Anu-Virat, Nick-Priyanka, Deepika-Ranveer were known as solid couples and getting lots of media coverage for their relationships. Not only that -even Varun came out of the closet about Natasha Lulla - he saw what good some PR can be for a star and finally spoke his truth on KWK. This also gave Arjun and his Mallika fuel to declare themselves as a couple too.

How can Ranbir/Alia stay behind when everyone is doing this? ...Ranbir knew that after Sanju he is not going to have a release for almost 2 years. How on earth can Ranbir stay in the news then? all his exes are married and Katrina has also finished the chapter and wants someone else to Parcham her Husn. their colleges have moved on to more mature state of mind- how can they stay behind.

That leaves Ranbir with limited options - and same with Alia too. Almost all of Alia's seniors are married, and all her juniors are lagging behind. Alia needed leverage to stay in the limelight . Both Alia/Sanju wanted to keep the mometum going that they achieved from Raazi/Sanju. They knew their upcoming movies may be big duds so how to stay in the news. This alliance benefits Dharma, Alia and Ranbir. On top of that - Bramaster may be a big flop so they need to be able to salvage themselves. They need to rise above and sustain injuries

The alliance of Ranbir-Alia is a dharmatic contract for utilization of the bramasteric pichkari with an Aloo that is more than Raazi. Benefits all parties involved.

Ranbir is old and need to settle. To be fair, I don’t see who in the industry can please him and his family at the same time so yes Alia is the best choice for him. He is her childhood crush so she’ll be there as long as he wants and she wants.

Manish Malhotra had many moons earlier spilled the beans that they're a thing on KWK. So your theory on timing is most likely off. Plus personally I don't think they're not in a relationship. Baaki problems toh har rishton mein hote hain...

I think they're an arranged match like Aish and Abhishek. Ranbir is getting old and his parents want him settled. Alia is the kind of cute and sweet girl that all Indian parents love. She's also from the film industry and can handle being married to an actor and deal with all the issues that come. Their families approve.

Apart from that, Alia's youth makes Ranbir look like he really achieved something big. She helps him get a younger teenage fan base which actors need. Alia also gets to look more desirable that this guy who dumped Kat and Deepika preferred Aloo. It's a win win for both of them.

They will end up getting married eventually.
