Anyway, don’t know if Tara has done anything or not but the above pictures are not enough to convince me that she has. You absolutely can change that much with make up. There is also growing and your facial structure changing from a pubescent to that of an adult.

She doesn’t look that different from her older pictures here other than looking older.

Agreed ... Smiling pics vs straight face pics also don't give a good idea! ... Tara looks more or less same except changes seen with age, also toning/regular work out .. Compared to Tara I can say Sara has more of a chance to have gone under the knife ... She's lost about 100 pounds .. and that type of weight loss may produce issues of lose skin .. she may have gotten some work done post her weight loss!

She is lil thick. Sharp chin is the only negative part about her. I dont hate it completely but sort of weird hairstyles she picks, she has triangular face on top hairstyle make her look extra triangular.

It’s not like Tara has a bad figure. She is slimmer than Sara so would obviously have slightly smaller assets but she has assets never the less.
