exercise is a good way to get out of depression
Exercising starts a biological cascade of events that results in many health benefits, such as protecting against heart disease and diabetes, improving sleep, and lowering blood pressure. High-intensity exercise releases the body's feel-good chemicals called endorphins, resulting in the "runner's high" that joggers report. But for most of us, the real value is in low-intensity exercise sustained over time. That kind of activity spurs the release of proteins called neurotrophic or growth factors, which cause nerve cells to grow and make new connections. The improvement in brain function makes you feel better. "In people who are depressed, neuroscientists have noticed that the hippocampus in the brain—the region that helps regulate mood—is smaller. Exercise supports nerve cell growth in the hippocampus, improving nerve cell connections, which helps relieve depression," explains Dr. Miller.
note that the region of brain called hippopotamus regulates the mood lol
on serious note i totally agree..even in normal person after a session of exercise one feels good and fresh. though its the short term action they are talking about
depression benefits is more of a long term
She keeps saying that she had a big heartbreak in all her interviews lately...was this with Maneesh Sharma?
Depression wala depression, or the general layman wala "bohut depressed aur dukhi hu wala depression".
Jo bhi, hope she recovers.
Pari’s depression story seems believable. She was touted as the next big thing inspite of doing a supporting role.Almost every performance of her garnered praise from the critics..she even got Nationals special mention and then next you hear she is gone..her movies were flopping left right centre. And its that depression only which has affected her so much that u don’t see the same spark in her performances now.Something has changed.
Is it bad if I say that shes using this as an excuse for bad performances?

Is that the reason Deepu was bad in her last two movies?
Haha wo genre hi nai hai Deepika ka..warna unlike Pari,DP actually got better while battling with depression.
