Bharat had a drop in collections on its second day of around 30-35%. The film is probably looking at numbers in the range of 28-30 crore nett as per early estimates depending on the numbers from Hindi markets which have held better due to Eid. The business in single screens is hardly 10-15% down. The normal drop after Eid holiday should be around 25% as many areas are pushed by Eid so the drop here does look a bit more than normal but its also a Thursday so places like Mumbai and Delhi city have seen that working day drop.

East Punjab is also down 50% as Eid is just a one day holiday here and it is back to normal after the holiday. The next few days will tell will tell where this film is going. If they remain steady then it will probably have a run but if collections keep on going down over the next few days then it could be the same scenario as Race 3 last year where collections go down heavily post Eid.

The overall numbers are very good as the film has done around 70-71 crore nett business in the first two days

I have come across polarising reviews for this one.Its running well at the theatres in my city and those who have loved it..loved it a lot and those who disliked it..dislike it with passion. There are no neutral reviews. 😕

Will it make more than Uri or Simmba??WHY NOT?

Bharath released on Eid,with hit team of Salman,Kat,Ali and VS.

PR can spin it anyway they like,in a couple of months,people will group it with Race 3,Tubelight,Zero,JHMS and TOH.

Even if it’s lifetime finishes a significant 75/100 crore more than those films ?

Im discussing your list of underperformers. Will Bharat be listed with them even if it finishes quite a bit higher than them
