Can we write off Sonam completely?

Sonam had a flop with Ek Ladki Ko Dekha to aisa laga but she was acclaimed for being brave enough to take on the role of a lesbian. She has the Zoya Factor lined up, which is based on a wildly popular novel, and her role is that of an advertising executive who is declared lucky for the cricket team.

Sonam always had these unconventional options lined up, and she does films her way and chooses scripts which other heroines might not. Neerja really worked for her, and she was in the running for best actress that year. So, do you guys think we can write her off completely or can she come back with a hit this year??

In today's time where Dynamics change every Friday, She can definitely come back.

Backing unconventional projects is great , but you are an actor first. Convincing and making people feel for your character is your job. Do it right first

You might try to, but her dad's got the money to produce movies for her.

I disagree with people who say Sonam has her Dad to save her filmy career. Nope she is no Aalia who have Papa Kjo or Mahesh Bhatt as backing. Sonam has come this far with few hits or number of flops by her own. I doubt Anil Kapoor would ever allow her to do movies like Thank You, Bewakoofiyan etc. Sonam is here to stay with her out of the box movie choices and fashionista tag.
