He is saying this publicly means alia must have made it very clear to him about not working together for quite some time. He announced before alia does just so to make it seem like it's a mutual decision.

I love watching him offscreen with Alia more than onscreen.

Please! No way! He can say whatever he wants. People say stuff don't mean it all the time lol! Alia is more straight forward but VD tries to balance things. He doesn't want to seem like he is into her lol! Alia don't care what she seems like. So she says what she feels. They have something. they are attracted to each other. It's a different story if they want to do anything abt this attraction or not. Who calls work people' at 2am! Lol!

He doesn't hate her or anything, he's really competitive. He and Alia started together and she's broken the glass ceiling as far as actresses are concerned and is effectively a hero today so there's a lot of competition there.

I don't know why he always hints that he is not a friend of Alia when we can see from the interviews that they are close,maybe for the Varia shippers or for Kjo he doesn't accept it but still its weird when he says that.

Why do people make it like only Alia and Kjo made blinds about Varia.
As far as I know there used to be so many blinds about Alia running after Varun.
