As for criticism about outfits not everyone is going to try n find out the story behind every outfit. They will comment on what they see. If they don't like it, they will criticise it, as simple as that. Everybody has a right to state their opinion. And DP n RS are public figures, they will be commented upon on their looks. U can't help it.

i even said it fine for people to hav an opinion on the outfits, its some comments saying why is she wearing it or she shud hav done better and that they r disappointed, i mean why shud anyone be disappointed for a personal choice that deepika made for her own wedding? why r people expecting her to look a certain way to satisfy their own taste in fashion? like i said her sarees were given to her by her mom, whether they r plain or not she wore them coz it means something special to her

and then comparing weddings, virushka got married the way they wanted to, and deepveer got married the way they wanted to, sonam got married with alot of the industry attending coz thats wat her and her family wanted, and then people r calling rsdp and virushkas wedding boring just coz they had it privately and not so openly like sonam, they didn't get married to entertain us, i am sure virushka and rsdp enjoyed their weddings with their families which is the most important thing

but yeh i can't stop people having thier opinions and i am not trying to stop people, i am also just giving my own opinion about the topic

Deepveer. They had fun in both their weddings. Despite being a destination wedding they tried keeping their attires and ceremonies as traditional n true to their culture as possible. Had people who love them around them who enjoyed their wedding without shoving up the cameras on their faces or busy taking videos for social media content. They managed to keep it private but not a secret which is very commendable. They gave everlasting sweet memories to their families, friends and fans alike without trying to go for a shock factor to boost their brand equity.

^^they shouldn't be disappointed i agree, but they are saying this because there is a certain awe factor about celebs and u look forward to seeing what they wear etc etc. Of course they wore what they liked, but that will not stop ppl from saying what they think about the outfit. U go for any wedding irl, of course u will comment on how the bride n groom looked. U won't say it was their choice n they are happy, we shouldn't comment. Its the same thing here.

And ur on a BW forum where ppl will talk about what they feel about stuff, these two were the biggest weddings in BW ofcourse they will be compared. I don't understand why u getting so upset. Its not a big deal.

I come from big joint family. Yeh private n intimate with only close friends & family wala funda apne ko samaj nahi aata. Shadi mein full on dhamaal masti and fun hona chahiye. Sophistication in shadi is blekh.

Who said those private and close friend family wala wedding me dhamal nehi hota? At least in DeepVeer's wedding there was a loads of dhamal ..Baas bollywood walo ka presence nehi tha..unko chaiye bhi kyun? Do we invite our whole office in our wedding ?

Even normal marriages are getting smaller because shadi me khane khake 1 month tak burai kare aise logo ko shadi me kyun bulaye bhai? Whoever is close may be distant but close they only matters to wedding..No body else

i am not upset, like i said i can't stop people from saying wat they want and neither i am trying to do that, but i am also a member on the forum and i am giving my opinion on the topic and how i feel bout the weddings being compared, i am also allowed to do that

Anuvir had a picture perfect wedding, but i connect more with baba and his booboo. Its heartwarming to see DP being all shy and happy while she is finally married to the love of her life. Her happiness is infectious and adorable.❤️

Surprisingly, I loved Anushka in her wedding attire and I really loved the wedding photos.

But if I compare it with DPRS wedding , I loved everything I got to know about it .

They didn't invite any outsiders, but made sure that their well wishers are aware of their wedding .They wanted to post their first wedding pic by their own rather than posting it by some random photographers or guests. Moreover ,though the wedding attire was not exactly like the traditional dress, but the rituals , attire were somewhat traditional . And regarding the post wedding functions I usually hate DP in that oil bun look, but it was good at her reception . Ranveer was never a most good looking man but OMG he was really handsome in his wedding and post wedding pics.

Sonam as a bride was beautiful and her marriage functions were really fun filled event. It is mainly because most of her relatives , friends are from bollywood , so obviously it would be eventful.

I liked both the marriages...but if you open a topic here then DP-RS will never win, cause their haters will vote against them, even if they dont like the other option 😆
