saying things like..if you are handsome you will get work in modelling world without compromise..is same as saying if you are a good actor you will get ahead in bollywood without compromise

these things would happen if there is a fair ethical atmosphere at work..which these industries are far far off..

these industries run on the basis of power and contacts which is exactly where the nepotism debate evolved from..not coz those who had to compromise and had it rough..were not 'handsome' or 'talented' enough but coz the system is f**ked up as hell

i dont think all actors compromised to get ahead. there are thousands of actors actresses. nor every model. i dont think every individual in a company who started at the bottom slept with their boss to get a promotion. i dont think every singer out there who made it slept with a music producer.

there are some who might have but unless there is irrefutable evidence it is wrong to accuse someone. it amounts to slander.

This whole world would be an orgy. with everyone sleeping with each other😆

there are many things which allow some to be more successful than others, hard work, discipline, delivering on the job, a nice attitude and of course that indispensable thing, luck (karma).

My milkman's uncle's brother-in-law's daughter works in the industry. She tells me everything. Everyone is sleeping with everyone, like of any gender. All these parties na, they are orgies 😛

actually in Art of Living course they do an experiment on Chinese whispers...all participants sit in circle andfirst person chooses word and whispers intothe next persons ear who whispers andit goes on in circle until the word reaches the first person.

in our case, the original word flower got changed into a big breath being blown into the ear of first person, as it got more and more modified while being passed. it really opened my eyes to how easy it was even unin tentionally misconstrue something.

Yes, this could all well be a luring tactic. However, It's not clear by this guy statement if the designers meant that Arjun and Sid compromised with other designers or other powerful people in general or people from the film industry.
