I dont think so. Because screen presence, x factor and all that jazz... is really subjective.
Aishwarya fans will claim she is an evergreen superstar because of her great beauty and presence... I find her looks meh and her screen presence irritating.
BO pull/no. of hits is the best way to measure stardom IMO because its fair, obvious and something that cannot be disputed.
Edit- Although, then again, I also think the days of superstars are long gone. Even megastars like the Khans wont be able to save a boring film. So there's that also.
