ONE of the oldest and most respected hospitality groups in the city is said to have split. The duo behind it is, however, yet to make an official announcement. This is the team that brought in several of the city's great franchises and party spots -- right from a musicthemed caf to a pizzeria to an Asian restobar. One of the partners is said to have retained the popular musicthemed cafe, while the other is keeping a new property at a Juhu hotel for himself.

Company- JSP Corporations
Owners- Jay Singh and Sanjay Mahtani
Music themed cafe- Hard Rock Cafe
Pizzeria- California Pizza Kitchen
Asian themed restobar- Asilo (St. Regis...probably shut down)
New property at a Juhu 5 star- Tsuki, Hotel Sea Princess (this replaced the Hotel's newly renovated Club Trilogy)
