The poster of Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi' will be unveiled tomorrow on Independence Day. The makers believe the Day is apt since the film's story revolves around the martyr, the Queen of Jhansi, one of the most important figures of the Indian rebellion of 1857 against British rule. That's not all, the film's teaser is expected to hit the airwaves on Gandhi Jayanti, the father of our nation, Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary, October 2.

Meanwhile, the makers are also planning to release the trailer of the film on the Queen of Jhansi's birth anniversary on November 19.

According to reports, the film's release is scheduled for Republic Day in 2019, a day on which Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30 is also set for release.
