I think Karan must have originally wanted SRK to play the elder brother and RK/RS to play the younger evil one. SRK must have rejected it so he probably had to cast RS as the elder one except I have no idea how he thought Ranbir can fit in as the younger brother to Ranveer 😆 I remember Ranbir mentioned he is doing two period films in one of his Sanju interviews (one of them is Shamshera) so am assuming he was considering this film at one point. The casting either changed and Ranbir wants to avoid sharing space with actors from his generation or he changed his mind after Sanju became a BB 😆 Either ways, I think RS is better suited for period films than RK but he (or even Bebo) deserves a better director. Too bad KJo wants to put SLB and SSR in place 😆

Ranveer, Vicky and Kareena are probably playing siblings. Alia and Jahnvi or Bhumi are playing the love interests of Ranveer and Vicky.

You know what's interesting though is before the release KJo and RK watched BV and were like 'we're screwed'. They knew it was bad. So I think he'll be more careful this time.
