Taapsee Pannu in Mithali Raj biopic?.

Viacom18 Motion Pictures have acquired
the rights of a biopic on Indian woman
cricketer Mithali Raj. It seems Taapsee
Pannu could end up bagging the role.
Pannu, when quizzed about it, said it's
not quite right to divulge anything but
makers have apparently been wanting
her on board for the venture. Talking to
New Indian Express, Pannu explained,
"The script is not in place so it's too early
to talk about it. Right now, they are
collecting material and the script has not
been written yet. If they offer me, I will
be very happy. I really want to do a
sports biopic.
Pannu will be seen next in Mulk' in
which she's going to be seen sharing
the screen with Rishi Kapoor.
