First one definitely - had better music, witty dialogues, and a better look.
Dhoom 2 has star cast, more skin, and lots of bloopers

I kind of like both of them. But i prefer the 1st one cuz the music is better and abishek looks nice in 1st. Dhoom 2 hrithik looks soooooo good better than any1 and acting is soo good.
