When Ranveer Singh 'fell flat' for Deepika Padukone

It's no secret that Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are one of B-town's most popular couples. They're the perfect example of how opposites attract, as Ranveer is known to be Bollywood's wild child, and Deepika is considered the epitome of grace.

Unlike his contemporaries, who keep their private life under wraps, the 32-year-old Ranveer has always remained vocal about his love for Deepika.

Their love story began on the sets of Goliyon Ke Rasleela Ramleela (2013), and has been growing stronger by the day. In an interview in 2015, Ranveer confessed when he fell for Deepika.

Ranveer revealed that he saw Deepika during an award show, which was held in Macau. He also said, "The first time I saw her, I almost went flat!"

Ranveer also said that Deepika was wearing a silver dress at the event which happened in 2012 and when a fan asked him about how does he remember it so well. Here's what Ranveer tweeted.

When asked about her equation with Ranveer, Deepika once told a magazine, "When we're with each other, we don't need anything or anyone else. We're comfortable in each other's presence. Sometimes it's intelligent conversation, sometimes just silence, sometimes there's a childlike innocence. We keep each other grounded. We are good in that sense."

The two are expected to tie the knot in November this year. However, there has been no official confirmation from them as yet.
