Actually like it and I didn't expect to. Nora is so good at what she does.

Sushmita carried the original song on her shoulders with Sanjay standing there like a lemon. She didn't need no fancy dance moves or shake her hips every split second. She exudes confidence, class and grace..it was effortless. Nora is good in her own way but it can't match up to the original because it's been turned to an 'item' song.

Oh lord.. Sushmita's "acting" or expressions in the original one are so OTT and hilarious to watch now.

Nora looks million times better. Can't hate this girl..Was hilarious in BB, great dancer, talks Hindi better than other foreigners.

Obviously Nora is actually pretty unlike Sushmita who has a handsome face.

Oh I thought your post came right after I replied about the looks, so thought you meant the looks. Sorry for that.


achievement wise obviously Nora will not even get a single word in BW history, while Sushmita will always have a line for her.



As for the song, genuinely I think old one had a much superior vocals, while this one has a better flow.



While class and elegance are subjective, actual dancing technique is objective and Nora has done a better job.
Plus unlike original this is an item number, hence Nora has a limited canvas unlike Sushmita.




Also belly dancing is not easy to master, hence you see almost every BW actress butchering it.
