Anil Kapoor is a proud dad as Sonam Kapoor gives 8 back-to-back hits
Anil Kapoor took to his Instagram page and shared a picture collage of Sonam Kapoor's eight back-to-back hits which she gave in her career of a decade.
Sonam Kapoor has completed a decade in the industry as she made her debut with Saawariya in the year 2007. Since then, the actor has been a part of several hits and is continuing in doing so.
Today, dad Anil Kapoor took to his Instagram page and praised Sonam for giving eight back-to-back hits. He shared a collage of all her hit films which include Raanjhanaa, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Khoobsurat, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Neerja, Pad Man, Veere Di Wedding and the latest being Sanju.
He captioned the photo stating, "The choices we make shape our lives. @sonamkapoor you have made some pretty damn good ones when it comes to scripts, directors & content...Your hard work, commitment & conviction has resulted in 8 hits in a row!
So happy & proud of you!"
Sonam commented instantly on Anil's post saying, "Dad only you would notice this love you."
While Sonam's husband Anand Ahuja also commented on Anil's post saying, "Wowww! @sonamkapoor."
Currently, Anil and Sonam are all set to share screen space for the first time in the film titled Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. They will be portraying onscreen father and daughter. Also starring Rajkummar Rao and Juhi Chawla in pivotal roles. Directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar, the film is slated to release in the month of October, this year.
She will soon start shooting for The Zoya Factor which is based on the book by Anuja Chauhan. Sonam will be seen romancing Dulquer Salmaan in the film.
