It looks us to us that Raazi actor Vicky Kaushal has managed to impress producer-director Karan Johar. After featuring in his short film for Netflix, Lust Stories, he bagged his home production film, Meghna Gulzar's Raazi opposite Alia Bhatt. And now we are hearing that the young actor has been roped in for yet another Dharma Productions film.
A source informs that Karan is very happy and impressed with Vicky's performance and his dedication towards the craft. We hear that as soon as Vicky Kaushal heard the story, he gave his nod to Karan for the project. It's a horror film, which will be directed by Shashank Khaitan's assistant Bhanu Pratap Singh Bhanu was an assistant director on Vicky's film Zubaan. It will be Vicky's first horror film and he will be seen as the main protagonist.
Riding high on the success of Alia Bhatt starrer Raazi, Vicky truly is making headlines everyday. Currently, he is busy with Ronnie Screwvala's film, which is based on the Uri Attacks of September 2009. Vicky is playing a Para Commando in the special forces and he is flying to Serbia next week to prep for the film.
