I just saw dhoom 3 for the first time today on tv while surfing Channels and i kept on watching because how bad it is.

Amir looked terrible. He looks 100s times better and younger in recent movies.. And the acting,we all know amir is a good actor but god in d3 his acting was salman in tubelight level bad acting. Both characters. And the movie itself was shot so bad. Action sequence were too fake. All those cgi bike scenes are so bad. And amir in that retard character was probably most over action ever in bollywood...

Its really a miracle that this movie is ATBB.

what are your thoughts on the movie ?

Dhoom franchise is perhaps the biggest franchise in Bollywood, especially after Dhoom and Dhoom 2, Dhoom 3 has been a highly awaited film for years. That coupled with Aamir Khan who is known for good films. The combination was unbeatable. Most people watched it just out of curiosity even though the reviews were bad.

I couldn't finish the film though.

First of all, it did not make 300 Cr... That was PK

Katrina did a striptease that was reserved for theatres

Aamir Khan in a big budget action thriller

Very High production values

Christmas/New Year Holidays with empty weeks following

Same formula as Salman's Tiger Zinda Hai...

The film would have made money with or without the Dhoom brand 😆

It's was one of the worst movie I have ever watched. And I had waited for this awful movie for years because it had Aamir and at that time I used to really enjoy his movies and his choice of movies. But the movie was so bad :/ Katrina was the only who was tolerable. I think the movie worked only because of Dhoom's hype, Aamir's name attached to it and some of Kat's hit songs in it, otherwise the movie was extremely bad and so was Aamir's acting. Still have no idea why it made so much money when it didn't deserve it at all.
