How much is Underworld still involved in Bollywood?

Why does Bollywood make films that whitewash Terrorists like Dawood, Abdul Latif, Hasina, Omar Shiekh?

When Tiger Memon was sentenced to death, Salman Khan openly supported Dawood's brother. Does that mean he is an insider of D gang and knows everything? Shud he not be questioned?

Why was Gulshan Kumar killed allegedly by Nadeem?
