Nope..it means what I said...khandhar bata rahein hain ki Imarat buland thee...iska matlab kya hai??😆

BTW I am from Lucknow...Urdu humare khoon mein hai...my Dad knew how to read and write Urdu too.

Actually it means what i said.

The translation is that the "ruins are indicative of how TALL the building was".

And the bit about your dad was cool. 👍🏼 A lot of wannabe Pakistanis cant read Urdu and they showoff this fact. 🤢

Ghar ki murgi daal barabar...humare yahan Hindi ka bhi yahi haal hai😆

Waise for me personally...Urdu is the most beautiful language ever...one of the reasons I am so hooked on to the Pak dramas is because of the Urdu they speak

Actually the Urdu used in dramas these days cannot be called shuddh Urdu. The Urdu dialogues can be found in dramas from the 90s and the decades before that, in the days of PTV.
