After Swara lashed out at Padmaavar, another JNU loyalist also wrote an washington post article on Padmaavat titled

If anything can be decoded from swara and barkha's behaviour is that they are having their political ideologies that is governing them.

1. Befoe the film released Swara , Barkha were on side of Sanjay leela bhansali defending freedom of expression. They were defending SLB because of not any concern for him but because SLB was fighting against BJP ruled states and its some ministers who openly supported Karni Sena.So anything that has to do with hate BJP, hating saffron flags, Hindutva will get the support of swara and barkha. So they supported him and all jumped in criticisng how intolerant people have become.

NOW AFTER 25TH when the film was released

Both these ladies barkha and swara who are staunch communists/Lefists by ideology noticed that - why the hell were we supporting SLB and his movie. Padmaavat shows Hindu Rajputs in a good light and.the Leftists are not meant to support the glorification of saffron flag holders. Swara and Barkha wanted that khilji be shown as a large hearted guy who fell for the beauty of the princess padmini without fault. For swara and barkha it was how dare rani padmini not surrender herself to "secular" allaudin khilji. This is pure misogyny dressed up in diamonds and drama.

So the problem is they will oppose anything that glorifies the hindu traditions. They knew jauhar is a 13 th century practice. The invaders were the perpetrator and judge of their destiny how could the women of chittor rely to continue living unlike today where people can go to supreme court or international court of justice, UN.

So Jauhar scene was just an excuse, the real problem for swara and Barkha is how dare you show the valour of a Rajput princess who gave away life but didnt succumb under circumstance. For swara and Dutt it is, how dare SLB make a film that sympathises with Rajputs not Khiljis. why the saffron flags?, the ghoomar culture? we want karl marx, mao tse tung.😉

Its all about ideologies . They could openly say we hate anything to do with hindutva or ancient rich heritage of india

thats true...even i also noticed that why they have take U Turn

and what pisses off is all the critics of jauhar start with the same dialogue

"we loved, the sets, costume, the visual treat on 70mm screen,,,,but but but sanjay leela bhansali has presented a old fashioned taboo...blah blah blah..."

and less the said about barkha its better

no job at NDTV and she has gone paranoid. Sympathiser of terrorists and stone pelters. what can be expected from her a hindu hater under the garb of pseudo secularism

and yes i rememeber how another leftist anna m vetticad said bahubali was a hindutva extravaganza.on screen.

i wonder do they see something else also. why so hate? arent they supposed to be secular😆

Hindutva has nothing to do with the ancient rich heritage of India. If you take pride in the history and culture of ancient India, you have to reject Hindutva ideology.

That being said while you cannot support both, you can be against both.

You are correct.

These pseudo sickular pseudo intellectuals like Barkha Dutt are the worse.

I hate these leftist people. They are so fake and believe in divide and rule. They do't do any substantial work themselves , but keep complaining.

What have they contributed to the society?? Nothing.

They only spread negativity.
