They've all been balding for 20 years now.

Hair treatments 4x a year, collagen shots and other 'hair care' + 'skin care' treatments numerous times a year keep them in business.

But Akki is generally the healthiest of the lot.

He has been balding from his crown and forehead for some time now, but its not so much as in that photo i think its a look for a movie or something

All 40+ BW actors have been doing multiple procedures on their face and head.
Half of the BW and TV actors in their 30s have grafted hair.
