Varun Dhawan on Karan Johar's twins Roohi-Yash: I wish I could protect

Varun Dhawan started his Bollywood
journey with Karan Johar's Student of The
Year (2012). The actor is very close to Karan
and shares family-like bond.
The actor is like a big brother to KJo's twins
Roohi and Yash. And like every brother, even
Varun is quite protective about these two
kids.
In an interview with a leading tabloid, Varun
spoke about KJo's twins and said they are
the cutest babies he has ever seen. He
added, "Karan is a different person around
them. I wish I could protect them from
getting papped all the time."
Recently, Karan Johar announced Student of
The Year 2 with Tiger Shroff in lead role.
When Varun was asked if it will be as good
as SOTY, he said, "It's too early to talk about
it. Having gone through it with ABCD 2 and
Judwaa 2, I don't want to put any added
pressure on Tiger. He's a talented actor and
I'm sure he'll do a great job."
The actor even spoke about getting trolled
on social media. Varun has been a target for
trollers several times. About the same, he
said, "They are bored people with a lot of
free time on their hands. They don't bother
me much but I feel sad for them."
This year, Varun's two films Badrinath Ki
Dulhania and Judwaa 2 worked well at the
box office. Talking about his success this
year, the handsome actor said that this was
his best year. Varun stated, "It's been my
best year in terms of popularity and
returns."
The Dishoom actor said that he never lets
success go in his head. Varun added, "One
flop and all the good work one has done in
the past is wiped out in a flash, so I'm not
going to think highly of myself. I'll just
savour the thought that my films are doing
well, big directors are approaching me with
good roles and a change is definitely
happening professionally."
