It wont babe. Now that we have CBFC clearance they will release it in the territories they can and worldiwde

The court will give the verdict in Bhansali's favour because he's right especially after the film's approval by the CBFC. The act of state governments banning the movie will be seen as ANTI-DEMOCRATIC, DICTATORIAL, and UNCONSTITUTIONAL. 😡

The SUPREME COURT hopefully will babe. Rajasthan HC wants to be shown the film W*F.

If the Supreme Court rules on bhansali's favor than can the state do anything? What if they refuse to screen it??

Rajasthan HC, it was a single bench decision, he mustve been influenced.

Rajasthan I dont want the flm to release. Other states atleast should let it be seen by the public.

Well the States may ban but with the SC order they will have to pay a certain amount as fine for doing so.I vagueley remember something of that sort done for DA VINCI CODE ..

The makers of Jodha Akbar also faced a similar situation and they got a favourable order from the courts in other states then again in Rajasthan the film did not release.
