I dont know if reliable but then some news handles are saying the film will have 26 cuts.

I worry about that. I just hope they dont do that to the film now that it is based on fictional poem and title of the film also changed.

I really really hope they keep the movie intact like SLB envisioned it..

minor changes are acceptable but then I can't be happy if they chop of khilji's scenes.

Apart from the title change, there are also reports of a few other alterations that have been demanded by the CBFC. There are reportedly 26 cuts that have been asked by the Censor Board to be incorporated into the film. Also a disclaimer to be put before the movie begins and during interval.

#Padmavati is now #Padmavat ! Likely to be cleared by #CBFC soon with few suggestions: 1. Title to be changed 2. Disclaimer at the beginning and interval (one of the rarest we have heard). 3. Few cuts to be done One more round of discussion and screening before CC is issued.
