I am yet to find a post here which claims marriage as an institution is regressive. But the problem is when someone's, especially a woman's worth is based on her marriage and kids.

Cliches like "one can't be a woman without motherhood" is laughable to me.

Getting married doesnt replace career. At least not for many in the industry in the recent past. Kareena, Ash etc.

And for the celebs, when they marry it is deffo not for $$ but more for unity and creating a home together.

Having said that reproductive age is 15-45 yrs and u can have kids upto 40 if u are healthy enough.

But yeah ur ova/eggs do decrease with age
