Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar's digs at each other are far from over. After Kangana appeared on Karan's talk show, Koffee with Karan and called him the flagbearer of nepotism', Karan has hit back at her multiple times. Karan spoke on many forums about Kangana's comments on his shows. He had said, "I felt attacked, why should I apologise? She had an opinion and I respect that, but I had my opinion to give as well.
Karan also said in an interview, "I am done with Kangana playing the victim card at every given point of time with a sad story to tell about being terrorised by the bad people in the industry; if it's so bad, leave it.
Kangana hit back at Karan in an interview with a daily and said, "The Indian film industry is not Karan Johar's inheritance"
Kangana also said that she had a terrible time on the sets of Ungli, her only film with Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. Today, at a talk show, Kangana slammed her alleged ex Hrithik Roshan and also took a shot at Karan. She slammed him and said, "If I don't work with Karan Johar, I'm not missing out on anything. She also said, "Compared to this father-son (Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan), Karan Johar is harmless."
Kangana is gearing up for the release of her next, Simran. Kangana plays the role of a divorced NRI Gujarati in the film. The trailer of the film has received a thumbs up from the audience. There is a lot of buzz around Simran. Kangana has been on a promotional spree as the film is nearing its release date. Simran releases on September 15, 2017.
