There's no pressure on the actresses either really. Sridevi was amazingly successful before all the surgeries, there was no need to change anything.

There is definitely pressure for actresses to look good and young but Sridevi has always been successful and commands a certain weight after decades in the industry to succumb to these pressure now. This looks more like her own will.

I think she has some sort of prosthetic on her nose

Her nose looks very different in "Mom" trailer.
