The way he modulated according to situation, his emotions were clear in his own voice, whether it maybe during his oath or during his promise to devasena or in court scenes when he beheaded sethupathi. After listening to D's voice, u definitely will feel his dubbing in other languages is a tad bit low in emotions. I'm not telling dubbing was not good...it was really good job, but it definitely didn't reach D's own dubbing level n emotions the way he voiced.
