If Bijjaladeva was the one to die and Bahubali's father lived and raised both boys equally with Sivagami's help, and they truly grew up as loving brothers, Bhalla the naughty and fiery one, and Bahu the well-behaved and studious one.

Another scenario -

Amarendra never really died (let's pretend Bhalla's creepy hacking of his dead body didn't happen), as Sanga and the tribal people find him and nurse him back to health, but he loses his memory in true Ekta Kapoor style. Meanwhile, Sivagami saves Mahendra like in the original and Sanga's people find the baby. Mahendra grows up among the tribal people as Shivudu but Amarendra too is there, under a different name as he doesn't get his memory back for 25 years until he sees Katappa. He and Shivudu grow up side by side as friends/uncle-nephew before finding out they're father-son, and they rescue Devasena together.

I dont think Manohari song ruined BB. He respected women, but he was also a naughty fellow!
He danced with dancers and he didnt force them. The women fell on him 😆

I also don't think the Manohari song was OOC for Amarendra, as they were dancers and even while dancing with them, he stayed in his limits and didn't force them into anything. It was all a distraction so Bhalla could find the spy, but he was a gentleman even while drunk, lol.

She was really good there, don't know why they wasted her talent as an apsara, lol.
