It is a special mention, woman! Not a national award, if it was an award, they would have said national award. It is a freaking certificate, Parineeti probably has one hanging in her home somewhere and that too for one of her first films.

Sonam can celebrate for this success, but she needs to stop manipulating general public into believing she won the damn national award for best actress/or even any national award for that matter when she didn't! It's that kind of sneaky and manipulative behavior that puts me off. And contrary to her belief, she is blowing her own trumpet that too by misleading with her constant rants of winning "the national award."
