Knowing the affinity her papas have for Pakistan...guess they are lobbying for Pakistan National award.

...and the Pak film industry is as good as dead...and thier artists jobless and vela...whom do they give the awards...so it suits them too.

I dont think Deepu has much of a chance...Paddu has got everyone's goat. But SLB does have some influence...much more than chota mota people like Blah or Kwan. Even his Mary Kom won some award. If a PR agency could influence such things many others would have won too. Especially PR queens like Kareena or Deepika herself. You need solid connections and it may take years to build that.

Its always been that people who won...made sure they won for atleast good performances and films so despite doubts it didnt raise much of an eyebrow apart from a few cases. But this time fake fauji ne galti kar daali...in the rush to get award he got it for Rustom of all films. So all the lobbying is now out in the open. Also while I was racking my brain as to why Rustom I finally realized its connection with current government's ass licker Zee.
