BUZZ: Priyanka Back In Salman's Circle !

SpotboyE.com had told you that Priyanka had taken time out to meet Sohail Khan and Arpita Khan during her brief desi sojourn from the US.

And now we can tell you that it wasn't just a casual meting.

She was later also spotted cooing over Arpita's baby and it looked like she was in the inner circle of the Khan-daan.

Those who follow the inner-workings of Bollywood, will know that this was a rare sight.

While many thought, including us, that the occasion was Sohail Khan's birthday, we can tell you that the meeting was the beginning of a new chapter in Priyanka's equation with Salman Khan. While she has been to Salman's house (Galaxy Apts, Bandstand) a few years ago, when she famously met Salman and Arpita both- this meeting was a bit nicely official. The two have been cordial almost since then, but they never collaborated (neither did Salman's brothers Sohail and Arbdaz) on any project. But this might happen now.

And this is not a simple casting, it is the signifier of a much bigger change in the dynamics of tinseltown. With this, two estranged stars will bury the hatchet- and they are none other than Priyanka Chopra and Salman Khan.


For those who've come in late, Priyanka and Salman worked together in films like God Tussi Great Ho and Salaam-E-Ishq. Apparently, Priyanka was the original choice for Namastey London too. But the story goes that Priyanka was not too happy when she heard through the grapevine that Salman convinced the makers of Namastey London to cast Katrina Kaif instead.

Priyanka then reportedly made her displeasure clear by turning down the role of the female lead in Sohail Khan's production Main Aurr Mrs Khanna opposite Salman.

A lot of water has flown under the bridge since then. Some nine years later, it looks like Priyanka is firmly back in Salman's good books.

Like they say, time heals everything and no feud is permanent, especially in Bollywood. We like!
