Yesh, yeah... the Global Citizen Festival was one of the best things that happened in 2016. Coldplay came to India, like c'mon! Jay Z, Demi Lovato, the Vamps were the icing, chocolate chips and cherries on the cake.

All said and done... one star will won't remember this blockbuster occurrence without a sour memory. Among Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Katrina Kaif, Arjun Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar, Shraddha Kapoor, Vidya Balan, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Parineeti Chopra, Varun Dhawan and many others... was one star who got insulted real bad.

A VVIP backstage birdie from the vast lands of MMRDA tells us that this particular star wanted to take a selfie with Jay Z. Well, no surprises there, right? Bollywood celebs had been going ga-ga clicking pictures with Chris Martin and other international stars attending the social awareness festival. So, this star requested Jay Z's team if the singer could spare a minute for a selfie with him. And guess what? Jay Z's team blatantly said no. Aaaouch! This left our star fuming with rage.

While Jay Z won a billion Indian hearts, he's definitely lost one star fan. Sad, na?
