Having "feelings" for someone is not the same as "love" tbh. You do sometimes kiss in a heat of the moment despite your feelings not being "as strong".. but maybe that's different for everyone.

if it was me.. even the heat of moment...i will not kiss the second guy...i will remain loyal to my first love if i could not move on in life and only love my first love...feelings is equal to love...love is a feeling...it can't be separated...it comes as one soul...there is no difference b/w love and feelings becos when you have feelings for someone it turns into love...obsession and infatuation...it all starts with feelings...
